These apartments are advertised luxury, and you are quite literally living out of a trash bin. The hallways are filled with garbage bags, elevators have trash piss on the floors. Nothing seems to ever be cleaned here.The management team is incompetent, and they know that they are incompetent and whenever questioned, they get hostile towards their residents . And this is questioning management in regard to anything, including weird transactions that they put on your account without even informing you. You cannot just add charges without letting them know in advance what you are charging them with. The office lacks organization and communication hence why they can’t even keep up with their own paperwork but that is not the residents concern. The shady business management has gotten into just for cash grab is concerning It sucks that we’re on the short end of the stick.
