This complex could be a lot better if they had a new management . They don’t listen to the residents and ignore complaints and questions. A huge issue is the parking everything is really small and hard to get around. You’re basically at risk of getting your car scratched 98% of the time. The building itself has pretty poor upkeep with landscape the apartments appliances even the amenities there are constantly projects that aren’t finished was just causes more clutter in the parking spots . And pests are a problem I get we’re in Florida, but there is absolutely a roach infestation, and it’s practically impossible to keep my bay with all the tenants and lack of upkeep and hygiene. Management constantly finds ways to up charge or even double charge you with rent or other HOA fees. Money hungry bastards.
