I’ve been living here before and after the new management took over and it has honestly been hell. Appliances and AC constantly break and it’s practically impossible to reach management or maintenance It is way too hot and too humid to not have a functioning AC. It’s not safe and the leasing office could care less. The worst part is the fact that it’s not safe. I’ve seen homeless people sleeping in stairwells or on the property. There is absolutely no security in my home . I’m paying almost 3000 a month where I’m constantly stressed and paying out-of-pocket to top things fixed in a proper manner. The place isn’t maintained there are pee stains everywhere. It’s not worth your hard earned dollars.
