I would not recommend moving here to my worst enemy . The building itself is in shambles and management is incompetent and greedy. I had a rock throne through my window I live on the bottom floor. It took the maintenance team almost 2 months to fix it with no sense of urgency or care for my safety or health. One thing I wasn’t told was that the building is infested with roaches and the roof is on his last limb, so there’s a bunch of leaks which caused mold. Even after they spray, they just come back they have taken over the units. due to the constant leaks and mold, I actually developed an ear infection due to the air quality. I never felt safe there the neighbors constantly smoke and play music at all hours. Management simply doesn’t care and does nothing to assess the situation. There’s absolutely no regard for their tenants and they only care about their checks .
