If you value peace and quiet, this place is definitely not for you I’ve lived there for about a year even before they switched management companies and the difference is day and night. It’s impossible to get answers from leasing office. It’s just radio silence. And it’s been like this since they’ve switched management and it’s so frustrating . The building itself is not exactly what I would say luxury it’s pouring maintain an outdated and it has major issues, especially with their parking lots. Most of our tenants. Don’t even have a spot. Also sidenote the walls are really thin so if you have neighbors that like to play music or like top people over you will hear everything .
