I’ve lived at about four apartments before and this is by far the most hostile management I’ve dealt with . The landlord will go out of their way not to help you if they do not like you. To start there’s nothing special about the apartments
old appliances or old paint. This is the first issue everything is on the verge of breaking or doesn’t work. I was stove less for a whole week simply waiting on maintenance to get back to me. Even when they did fix it, it was half assed and it was broken again in two weeks . Nothing has ever done properly. It’s just a Band-Aid and they usually end up doing more damage in the process of them trying to fix . There are even gnats and roaches in the cupboards, and they dont come to fumigate , funny enough the office gets upset when you approach them about it .They leave their tenants to deal with issues that management is clearly responsible for. There is a little no communication or help or guidance from our landlord it’s not worth the cost look elsewhere.
