Im conflicted with Sunrise Harbor but their price gauging and tendency to nickel and dime residents is really a negative.They REALLY take advantage of people. But, if Sunrise Harbor can get away with charging you more, they will. And people, especially those new to the area, will be taken advantage of. there is the nearly $200 in “extra” charges now. , they’ve added more “extra” fees, fees just to receive packages as well as a new “common area utility fee”, thereby making residents pay for the utilities in the common areas, which should not be the tenant’s responsibility. You’ll get an extra “trash fee” too. The building is nice but they need to change management. They completely take advantage of their residence just to make thousands off. It’s just corporate greed at its finest.
