Unsafe overpriced you can find better elsewhere. This building is poorly managed. Elevators are constantly breaking. Things are rarely fixed and rundown. The place smells like sewage and pot. I wrote in to maintenance multiple times and I’ve got no response. Also, the building location is in a very unsafe area where I have personally been sexually accosted by a homeless man. I feel like I can’t leave my house after 7 o’clock by myself. I just wish they had better security. .
