Somar has been the worst building. I’ve lived in in my entire life. They currently use.Professional Parking Management” to manage the parking in their garage. A completely illegal and predatory operation used to target their own residents.
This company has an F rating on the Better Business Bureau not sure why Somar would even consider hiring them. Oh wait they’re in on it.The fact that Solmar even associates themselves with this company is a representation of Solmar in and of itself, and indicative of all sorts of shady practices going on within management. I have lived here for about a year. Ask the neighbors ask the residence they have nothing but horrible things to say about the apartment complex. Everyone I know that’s moved to Solmar immediately regrets it. Management is rude and unprofessional. Your money is worth more elsewhere.
