This place is an overpriced dumpster fire and I cannot wait to move . Mysterious fees, placed by management or fees you pay, but no one actually comes to do the work for example pest control maintenance never comes to spray and I’m left to deal with spiders and ants. It’s almost impossible to get the office on the phone and when they do it’s excuse after excuse and never an answer as to what is going on with your account or with the amenities or with maintenance requests no one ever knows anything. Not to mention how dirty the actual building is there is no care for anything here .This is a crime written complex where dealers live and sell. It’s just not safe. You have all kinds of unauthorized personnel and no security for their tenants. There have been two shoot outs in the parking lot since I have lived here please reconsider living elsewhere unless you want to get shot.
