Im currently living here now its nonstop noise, terrible interior design, tyrannical management the way they speak to you will have you finding a new home seriously these 5star reviews are a joke. If you visit at night and in weekends it’s a zoo it’s practically impossible to get work done do not make the same mistake i did .
Management is a joke if you complain heaven help you they will disrupt your work day with calls to threaten you and harass you , brenda you’re genuinely the most useless and incompetent human on this planet . There is constant theft this building is not safe whatsoever and to top it off I PAY 3.2 k AND I HAVE ROACHES . im trying to get out of my lease but its been impossible dont make the same mistake we did .
Iim currently looking to move the five stars reviews are clearly fake . This building has 24 hour notice to enter the residence once a month . I’ve never lived anywhere my entire life where I’ve had management be able to come into my apartment when im not home to sear h for repairs keel in mind these are not requested whatsoever. I’ve been here 6 months, and have dealt with 5 until ive finally had it i get anxious about more things going missing ive had to start buying cameras . Im convinced management is in on it just ive never had recorded proof. At any rate, wouldn’t recommend. There are better so many better options and the building is filthy for what you pay its absurd .
Constant theft issues management is no help instead addressing the problem they schemed into adding hidden fees to leases for a delivery service just to charge their tenants more to not have their packages stolen??? Its insane They’ve disabled half the outside building access as opposed to fixing the the garage door that is constantly stuck open or installing security cameras yet were stuck paying administration fees yet the amenities are constantly broken If you value your money and want your packages to be delivered and not stolen by management or maintenance stay far far away!
