If I could give any advice, it would be to stay away from s this sketchy enterprise. I have been living here for over a year and I feel like I have PTSD from legacy .for starters when I signed my lease, I was told that there was 24 seven security in actuality,There is a security guard present for maybe two maybe three hours of the day. my car and four others got broken into in a parking garage with no cameras thanks to management. A security guard right there that night can’t understand how nothing was seen or reported. some gates don’t even close properly or aren’t even secure. Security is just a major issue with legacy and it affects tenants peace of mind. The amenities are never cleaned or even functioning, everything is broken. (Chair carpet. There’s just no care for the property.
