this is a Very poorly maintained condominium and I have seen. It’s decline There are numerous water leaks, the flooring is warped and water seeps through. It feels unsafe, as if the ceiling could collapse at any moment. We’ve spoken to management and they simply don’t answer and don’t care. This is an issue with multiple tenants and multiple unit . This building was advertised as being fully renovated, but it is completely rundown. We feel completely misled and lied to .This feels like a lawsuit waiting to happen
The ceiling in our apartment is swollen and looks like it’s going to collapse. Living here is a nightmare. Drug dealers live here and there is constant shady people on
the property. It’s not safe.
