Have been living here for 4 years and they literally have ZERO respect for their tenants. The place is overflowed with trash.. They charge for valet trash which is Hardly ever picked up as promise. Fees are outrageous. Hallways are NEVER cleaned. They also added a fee to pick up your packages because they were constantly getting stolen. I had maybe over $300 worth of mail stolen due to the lack of security. Constantly random people in people in the complex, you can’t even call because they don’t answer stay away from this place.
