I’ve lived here for 10 years. The security company is absolutely horrible. They’ve been caught sleeping on golf carts eating residence food from Uber eats orders during Covid when they had to be in the lobby. The management company in my opinion is corrupt when it comes to construction as well as hiring staff I believe they have some type of relations again this is my own opinion, but that of many others who live here over the years can agree on this.
The management company is horrible. They don’t listen to the advice of the board let alone when a resident has an issue.
Construction in this building is a nightmare . Lost many sleeps when unit above me did the renovations even when after hours management office did very little to help resolve this. Security was even bigger joke.
For the premium I pay here this building needs to step it up
The management is so bad that it sucks. Always blames it on us
