Residents have raised serious concerns about the management of this building since the departure of the previous property manager in summer 2023. Complaints include the excessive use of construction companies, changing preferred vendors, and a decrease in internal work despite having engineers on staff. The management is also accused of poor communication, with rude staff and valet attendants who do not speak English. Additionally, residents have reported issues with the parking garage, citing damage to vehicles, with one resident mentioning their Corvette was affected during their two-year rental period.

Stay away parking is actual hell , i spoke to management Come to find out, its almost impossible to get a 2nd parking spots. I have a 2 bedroom but it only comes with 1 spot. Even the 3 bedrooms only have 1 spot. A private company owns almost every spot around the building leaving no extra parking basically you need to pay is for a spot, get ready to pay $175-$250 a month.This makes it virtually impossible to have guests and family over and i cant imagine you having more than one car its basically money down the drain for association. Amenities upkeep is poor, and I’m not really sure what security is for its a complete joke packages are constantly stolen. Security is no help whatsoever theres better elsewhere .
Los edificios necesitan una limpieza a fondo con hidrolavadora y una nueva capa de pintura. Tienen un aspecto descuidado y sucio sin embargo no se siente seguro para nada , hay robos constantemente y la administracion son ladrones
