Beware this scamming management company . When I moved in into a Rinky Dinky apartment, which was nothing like advertised. The appliances didn’t work like the fridge AC toilet just more stress. Not only was the building dirty so is the unit there was rat poop and roaches. I still proceeded with my move and barely stayed it in the apartment because I was living with my boyfriend at the time. When I finally came to move, they took my deposit and charged me for all appliances that were never functioning to begin with. The apartment was left identical as to how I received it. I will be reporting for fraud because what they’re doing isn’t legal.
