Complaints suggest that the management company is unresponsive to both the board and resident concerns, while security lapses have further added to frustrations. For a premium-priced building, many feel that the standards have significantly declined.

Stay so far away if i could give negative i would , elevator is constantly broken considering the amount paid monthly it’s absolutely ridiculous having to climb 6 flights of stairs to get to my home .Floors are so poorly done that just after about 5 months of me moving in they were coming up Ive cut my foot on it twice already and have had to buy a rug as the maintenance is practically nonexistent . Washer, dishwasher, ice machine dont even work , i have to go to a laundry just to clean my clothes and im paying 2.6k it’s ridiculous ! Ive tried speaking to the leasing office and they wont let me out of my lease considering the fact half of the amenities aren’t functional or just plain filthy. Anytime ive tried speaking to management im just sent off to write a maintenance request , which might i add they never respond to . Only one time a creepy old guy was apparently sent to fix the leak in the AC and it still leaks btw and my furniture is damaged due to water
