This is the worst company to rent from. My toilet exploded to do plumbing issues with their system in the units. This led to flooding in my entire apartment all personal items this took maintenance all three days get resolved. Not sure why they say they have 24 hour maintenance. It’s a scam . This caused mold in the cabinets and under the sink. I’m still sending maintenance requests for that . There is no care for tenants health or well-being. It’s disgusting . The department has been called and I have filed a report with evidence and video ..The complex reeks of sewage and neighbors are loud and obnoxious crazy hours of the night . I couldn’t wait for my lease. I even got a violation on my lease because I had surgery on my intestine and my girlfriend was helping me out for about three weeks. trying to reach the office or management is impossible in regards to anything even corporate is no help. Horrible experience do not rent here.
