This building probably has the worst management I’ve seen in a long time. There’s absolutely no privacy in this building maintenance. Can come in at any time in your apartment since they have a universal key and it’s just not safe security let homeless people roam the property at all hours and you can even hear them tweaking out outside and security does nothing. Also, the leasing office has an exploitative and thieving parking company not only are their limited spots. They make it practically impossible for you to sign your guest vehicle correctly so they can get a $90 ticket. Even though you signed in properly, they don’t care they still make you pay it’s absolutely absurd.
