Under any circumstances, I would not recommend anyone to move into these apartments unless you love, inhaling black mold . For a place to be advertised luxury their security and their maintenance is severely lacking . they have some paw patrol cop that does nothing and allows unauthorized personnel to walk into the building and one of the gates to the building is always broken.. for this reason packages constantly get stolen and we have routine vehicle break-ins. Maintenance is slow and lacks communication and they can’t seem to fix anything properly. My unit had active leaks that would just keep coming up causing mold in my unit and I had to wait until my lease was over because they would not do anything about it. And if you bring up any resident concerns, you’ll be ignored or you’ll be mad with legal threats even though it’s a complete health hazard. management is nothing more than terrible. Beware.
