The new property manager has been horrible to this building the last two years since the old manager left in the summer of 2023. I have never seen more overuse of construction companies, and in my opinion this seems very sketchy to say the leasst. Ever since she came into power, the preferred vendors have changed and it seems like the building is doing less internal work with all the engineers that we currently have working

This building is being run very poorly. Most of the staff is rude. The valet does not speak English at all.

The parking garage is horrible. You’re guaranteed to get your car messed up so if you live here, do yourself a favor and get a cheap car. My Corvette went through over two years renting in the building.
