If I could give this place zero stars, I would . This dump has been the worst place I’ve ever lived in by far. Something is always broken. For example, the elevator has been broken for the past seven months. The pool has been closed for the past three months. These are all amenities we pay for . management is completely useless and unhelpful when it comes to any issue they have don’t care in the world to fix anything. I’ve had my AC broken for two months before and maintenance had no sense of urgency to fix it . Packages constantly get stolen my neighbor even got their bike stolen. There is no sense of security here .trust me when I say they just want you to sign the lease so they can get their bonus. They also keep finding ways to tact on extra charges to the monthly rent despite being outside the scope of my lease . The completely take advantage of their tenants.
