This place was nothing but disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Management is run by a shady system driven by greed and their own benefit. they have absolutely no regard for their tenants who pay them. They had a flooding issue due to their faulty system, which caused over four unit units to flood with sewage(poop) we had carpets by the way, even then management charged us for the removal. I understand things happen but four times is abuse and not to mention a biohazard. in regards to security there’s a little to none there’s unauthorized personnel constantly walking through the building. I’ve even seen homeless people in the common areas. which as a tenant, I don’t even want to use after I see who has been in there and I know for a fact, they don’t clean it. This place is filthy there is trash everywhere fecal matter rodents. It’s just living Here has been unbearable and management, lack of communication, interest, empathy, made it so much worse. Don’t even think about signing a lease.
