The place is old and needs tons of repairs which is a star, but most importantly management needs to be fired. They lack empathy competence and professionalism. This has been an ongoing issue with the water. It either shuts off unannounced without warning or it’ll even turn cloudy white or murky. This has been brought up to maintenance and they have no answers and have yet to fix it. That’s usually how it is with maintenance. It’ll take up to three weeks for a job to even get answered or completed .God knows what’s being mixed into that water. Also, the amenities you pay for you can’t even use because they have crazy hours or it’s locked 90% of the time. It’s not even with the pool or clubhouse. It’s even with the laundry the machines don’t even work which then forced to use the laundromat very inconvenient kind of defeats the purpose of the commodities of your home. The place is completely rundown and in disarray it’s clear as day management doesn’t care. There’s trash everywhere. It’s dirty. The only thing good is the location other than that this place has nothing good to offer.
