I was excited to move here until I was completely crushed with reality of how things are run here at Avery . I never really got a proper walk-through of the unit but when I did, I had old appliances run down sink leaks. It was just issue after issue. you would think they would at least try to fix it, but I’ve sent countless work orders and it’s just the slowest process to get anything done. What I particularly really dislike is the fact that I’m paying for things that I don’t get to use for example the amenities are either in service not working or an extremely poor condition. Keep in mind there are valet and community fees, and in the state that these units are in I don’t see what we are paying for especially with the valet. Management constantly tries to find ways to charge tenants with Ludacris fees that absolutely make no sense .There’s also roaches the tenants here aren’t exactly the cleanest nor the best people. If you rent here expect to smell weed or dog poop considering nothing is ever cleaned.
