The place is OK. It’s well-made what ruins it is the management it’s all over the place. They’re constant extra charges made onto your account and on your rent for absolutely no reason even then rent gets posted late. What’s funny is management is quick to charge you with a late fee And doesn’t reimburse you unless you nag them and call them consistently to get your money back. Management is notorious in this building and attempting to make charges that you have an authorized without any notification.
This just goes to show how incompetent and useless and shady management really is As well as maintenance very slow hard to reach and does a lackluster job every time nothing is ever done correctly. My lease is ending and I’m more than happy to be going.
