They’re polite to get you to sign once you sign you are on your own. The maintenance is practically nonexistent. I have sent so many maintenance requests. Emails calls and I am left to go find someone to fix my appliances even though I pay an insane amount in rent , it’s even just hard getting a hold hold of management I’ve had times where my AC has broken and I get no call back. The units need to be renovated. They have leaks ,water damage. It’s just I’m not getting what I’m paying for and I know I can get better elsewhere i have truly never left a negative review in my life, but this building and the management are absurd.
