Ashton was just a huge disappointment. I’ve been living here for over a year and for this building to market itself. Luxury is a stretch. Customer service here is nonexistent. No one says hi no one says hello good morning smiles it says if you don’t exist. Most to the front desk attendees won’t even look at you or on their phone or even better they’re not even there if you have packages if you’re locked out if you need any help, you’re on your own or it’s your problem. and make sure you actually tore the apartments. Everything is super outdated old fixtures. It’s just not what it seems and the neighbors are super loud for the price tag. I feel like you can find better elsewhere. The management is predatory even after I moved out they still were charging me a renters fee and good luck reaching them, but I will be contacting my bank.
