This building is notorious for booting and ticketing your car simply because they don’t have enough spaces for all their tenants. Even three bedroom apartments don’t have more than one parking spot. It’s ridiculous. Not only is there never any parking. There is always poop and piss everywhere. Nothing is cleaned or up kept the management is too lazy to hire people to clean or too cheap. There is a complete disregard for safety and it is clear as day . Lots of extra fees which are not mentioned to include mandatory extermination fees, water, sewer, two trash fees, and convience fees if you pay online. The extermination fee is a waste. It’s a predatory management company who tries to milk every dime and sent out of their tenants. This place isn’t as advertised look elsewhere.

Living at Arium has been an absolute nightmare. Nothing is ever working or functioning and management office always gives the same answer. It’s being worked on or it will be fixed. This goes on for months. The security in the building is an absolute joke and I don’t feel safe with our own security guards. Cars are constantly broken into packages are constantly stolen and nothing is done about it. Even the cameras that are in place don’t even work. I’ve tried speaking to management and they have zero accountability and refuse to help the residents this is because their management company is exploitative , the same night my neighbor got her BMW, broken into. She saw the security guard, eyeing her car and talking to someone on the phone the next day suddenly the cameras were never working and the gate wasn’t shut. The management office only raises more questions rather than giving answers I won’t be renewing my lease management is in on the reoccurring issues and are profiting from it.
