If I could give 0 stars I would. After living here for about a year, it’s safe to say management is absolutely HORRIBLE. They are unprofessional and I’m not sure how they have honestly kept this barely afloat . There has been multiple changes in management and cannot take constructive criticism when it comes to fixing the serious inconvenient issues we’ve had. We’ve had multiple issues with the Latch lock system, we were promised passes to get into gate and they purposely make it difficult for residence to pay rent so they can charge a late fee which they love doing even if it’s their fault . It is very difficult to get in touch with the office being that they are simply only open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Meaning, if you have any issues any other day of the week, you’re absolutely screwed .Along with deliberately avoiding answering phone calls. Please beware this property management is power hungry, and simply are just trying to make a quick buck off of you. Stay away.
