. I have been living here for the past six months, and , it has been very underwhelming and disappointing. this building has a roach infestation as advertised as a luxury building. It is not properly made. There are holes all over the units which allows bugs and roaches to come in it’s absolutely disgusting and maintenance. Didn’t take care of it. I had to find roaches in my fridge and coffee maker for at least three months before I saw progress. Since we’re talking about maintenance, the elevators don’t work half the time and it creates pileup of people trying to get to their unit. It’s just a hassle. The hot tub hasn’t been working for months we get charged yet management is slow to act, but they are quick to charge their residents . The overall condition of the building is just going downhill and fast. I’m ending my lease management highest shown time and time again that it is just another exploitative greedy corporation, trying to get money. when I ended my lease, I carefully explained how disappointing my stay has been and I even tried to get my deposit back instead they ate my deposit and added a bill of damages for $550 with no explanation or detail this has apparently happened to most people who leave beware.
