I’ve been renting here for the past eight months and it has been nothing as advertised. This building is said to be a luxury apartment building and it is far from it. The office never answers and it is practically impossible to reach them when something is broken and needs to be fixed and I am not talking about a loose door hinge I had to wait 48 hours to have my AC fixed in this heat. To add on the place isn’t really cleaned. There’s always dog poop everywhere and trash. Keep in mind. There is a fee for maintenance upkeep. Management has some sort of agreement to to boot cars all day .there are only 10 guest spots for this building somehow even if you register everything correctly, they will find a way to boot your car to charge you. This has been an ongoing issue with a ton of residences as we are constantly getting booted they have some sort of exploitative enterprise with their residence. And expect for elevators to be constantly broken and never fixed although the building is being paid.
