I’ve been living here for the past five months, and it has been nothing but an absolute headache. Although the building seems fairly new, it seems the construction and the actual interior was done very sloppy or rushed. At first glance it may look fine, but it’s all very cheap and it will give you issues within the week. I’ve had a constant issues between electrical, my dishwasher and the AC all within the first two months of me living here. Maintenance either doesn’t know how to fix it or doesn’t fix it properly and ends up breaking later and it’s just a constant back-and-forth with tickets trying to get things. Because the HOA is so money hungry they have practically rushed people to move in without the building and . the amenities and even appliances working there’s constant noise and construction which there is seemingly no end. A random hour as the fire alarm will also go off or the water will get shut off with no notice or warning from management or maintenance. Even the parking garage gate doesn’t work sometimes and you’re stuck waiting for over 30 minutes trying to get into your building. This place is completely unprofessional and is honestly one of the worst complexes I’ve ever lived in. It’s not worth your time or patience.
