I have been living here for the past two years and the building is still under construction that’s including the amenities. I’m still currently living here and still dealing with the rent increases yet there seems to be no progress with construction meanwhile, management keep citing us, higher, operational costs, and raising our rent
Rent has increased, but there is still no pool.
We were told the pool would be completed by summer 2024. It is now the end of February 2025, and we still do not have a pool. Administration is shady and can’t even promise. A completion date and stick to it. Don’t lease here don’t buy here save yourself the headache.
