The management and leasing office is an absolute joke insanely unhelpful and rude. Any work done is half assed or just plain unfinished this building is overrun what seems to be college students, including faculty and staff. Andrea specifically is extremely rude and has no desire to help residents and plain nasty. Talia, the week-days concierge is also extremely rude and is belligerent when asked to do her job . The place is honestly filthy. There’s dog poop everywhere and there’s a little to no upkeep on the amenities. .Management will try to scam you at any chance they get believe that . The parking lot is horrible (you pay $175 per month per car) and there isn’t even enough spots as spots are reserved by commuters and the grocery store and management are quick to write you a ticket.
