I have been living here for about two years, the pool and amenities are closed constantly for months at a time with no email or notice to residence. The complex is constantly under construction with with no end seemingly near . Our property management group isn’t transparent with timelines, nor costs that we are constantly paying for. I personally live near the west side of the building and they is constant hammering and construction going on and i work from home . And good luck trying to reason with your property manager who is very hostile and seemingly hates her job. When I first got a tour, I feel as though I was roped with all of the amenities and perks of living in this complex and I’m extremely disappointed and I honestly feel mislead.
