Living here has been an absolute nightmare. Our management company does nothing but bombarded with emails and automated text yet nothing is done with tickets that are sent in the pool is constantly dirty as well as dog excrement all over the property which no one cleans up. There’s obviously a mold problem yet. They just Band-Aid it and paint over Literal mold .Packages are constantly stolen. I have no sense of security where I live and the hoa does nothing about it. They also will tow your vehicle and not reimburse you although it’s their mistake I’m still waiting as well as multiple of my neighbors. It’s not worth the amount you pay seriously you’ll end up paying double or triple by the end of the month.
