The management is also accused of poor communication, with rude staff and valet attendants who do not speak English. The elevators are constantly broken. There’s times that all the elevators broken, and people are walking down 45 stories to get through and out the building . If not most all amenities sucks the upkeep is terrible and most of machines dont even work. The steam room works 50% of the time, and the sauna hasn’t been working since.Ive had to completely change my schedule due to elevator pile ups that have lasted up to 45 mins before , this had gone on for months . When I first moved , I would get basically harassed up to a week before rent was due to pay . Keep in mind , i have never paid my rent late I’m a surgeon do you think I seriously have times for theses calls ? Administration has the most horrible attitude when residents are asking what expenses are being used for the elevators. Ive seen workers constantly receiving checks but nothing gets fixed this has gone on for months . Stay away of this disaster of a building.
